What to Check Before Claiming

First, check the operator. A promo offered by a site that is not on the PAGCOR Guarantee list comes from an unlicensed operator, and such operators should be avoided, full stop. PAGCOR has warned that illegal and fake sites use its logo and counterfeit certificates to look legitimate, so a PAGCOR badge on a site proves nothing by itself.

Second, read the terms: the turnover requirement, the maximum cash-out and the KYC step decide whether a "free 100" can ever become withdrawable cash.

Finally, players should be aware that the legal landscape for Philippine online gambling promotions is shifting. House Bill No. 10982, filed on 26 August 2026, proposes banning online gambling promotional incentives such as bonus codes and free bets.
