What to write to us about
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. A welcome offer, a wagering multiple, a minimum deposit, a withdrawal time. Send the page and what the operator's terms say now — we check it against the source and correct the page.
- A link that does not work or sends you somewhere unexpected.
- An operator behaving badly towards players from the Philippines: verification that never ends, a withdrawal that is refused on a term buried in the small print, support that stops answering. We cannot force an outcome, but a pattern of reports is a reason for us to re-check the operator and drop it from our lists.
- A question about the rules here — PAGCOR licensing, the 21+ age limit, tax, what an offshore licence actually covers. If the answer is useful to more than one person, it ends up in our FAQs.
What we cannot do
We are a guide, not a bookmaker and not a casino. We have no access to your account, your balance, your documents or your bets, and we cannot release a withdrawal, reset a password or reverse a bonus. Those belong to the operator's own support, which is reachable from inside your account. If you are asking about money that is already with an operator, start there — then tell us how it went.
We also do not sell places in our lists, publish sponsored reviews as editorial, or take payment to remove a review. Offers to do any of those go unanswered.
Corrections policy
When we get something wrong we change the page and, where the error mattered, say what changed. We do not quietly delete pages to make a mistake disappear. How the ratings are made in the first place is set out on How we rate.
