1. A guide, not a gambling operator

odds.ph is published by Rookquay Networks Limited. Neither the company nor the site runs a sportsbook, an online casino, a lottery or any other betting product. No gambling licence is held by either of them, we do not accept wagers or deposits, and we never hold money for players. Each wager binds only you and the operator you signed up with, under that operator's rules. If you find an odds.ph logo on a betting site or in a messaging group promising tips for a fee, it has nothing to do with us.

2. Information, not personal advice

Our match previews, betting guides and casino reviews are general writing for a wide readership. Nobody at odds.ph knows your budget, your debts or your tax position, so treat nothing here as advice on money, law or tax. A preview that leans towards one side of a PBA game, an NBA series or an MPL Philippines match is an opinion formed from public information. Treat it as a viewpoint, not a certainty, and no staking plan described on these pages removes the bookmaker's margin or the house edge.

Decide for yourself, and speak to a qualified professional when a question concerns your savings, your taxes or your legal position.

3. Odds, fixtures and figures from third parties

Prices, line movements, kick-off and tip-off times, results, RTP percentages and payout times are collected from operators, league websites and game studios. They change constantly. A decimal price quoted in an article may have shortened by the time you open the bookmaker, live markets get suspended during play, and fixtures are moved for television or weather. Confirm the price and the market on the bet slip before you confirm a stake: the operator's figure is the one that will be settled.

Statistics we print are a starting point for your own reading, not a complete record. Where a figure comes from a named source, the source is the authority if the two disagree.

4. Promotions change between our checks

Welcome offers, free bets, cashback and reload deals are set by operators and rewritten often, sometimes overnight. Wagering multiples, minimum odds, game weighting, maximum cash-out and expiry dates decide what a bonus is actually worth, and they are the parts most often changed. We check an offer when we write about it and again when the page is reviewed. In between, the operator may have altered the deal without telling us. Read the full promotional terms on the operator's site before you opt in, and treat the summary on odds.ph as a pointer rather than the contract.

5. Licences and Philippine law

Gambling in the Philippines is regulated by PAGCOR. Where we can confirm that an operator holds a PAGCOR licence, the review says so; where an operator relies on a licence from another jurisdiction, we say that too. Licences are granted, suspended and withdrawn, and an offshore licence may give a player in the Philippines little practical protection if something goes wrong. A mention on odds.ph is therefore not proof that an operator is lawful for you. Look the operator up on the regulator's own list before you register, and keep in mind that what is permitted can depend on where you are and on rules that apply to you personally.

6. Age limit: 21

The minimum age for gambling in the Philippines, online included, is 21. odds.ph is written for adults over that age, and under-age readers should leave the betting and casino sections of the site. Licensed operators must verify age and identity before paying out; an account opened by someone under 21 can be closed and its balance withheld under the operator's rules.

Many "Visit" and "Get bonus" buttons on odds.ph pass through our own /go/ addresses and can earn Rookquay Networks Limited a fee when a reader opens an account or deposits. Those commercial agreements shape which operators appear in our tables and how high they sit. The reviews themselves are not for sale: licence details, payment methods, withdrawal times and bonus conditions are reported as we find them. How the arrangement works, and which cookies it relies on, is explained on Commercial partnerships.

8. GCash, Maya and bank payments

Our payment guides describe how deposits and withdrawals usually work with GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, bank transfer and over-the-counter options. E-wallets and banks set their own limits and may block, delay or reverse gambling transactions. Fees, processing times and availability differ from one operator to another and from one account to another. We have no access to any payment system and cannot trace or recover a transfer; the operator's cashier and your payment provider are the people to contact.

We link to operators, regulators, leagues, help services and news outlets because they are useful to readers. Their security, their handling of your data and the terms they put in front of you are outside our control. A link is offered for convenience. Reaching another site through odds.ph does not make us a party to any agreement you enter there.

10. Our material and other people's

Text, layout and original graphics on odds.ph belong to Rookquay Networks Limited. Operator logos and game screenshots appear only to identify what we are writing about, and the rights in them stay with the companies that created them. Photographs taken from Wikimedia Commons and similar archives are credited under each image together with their licence. Quote a few lines if you like, with a link to the original page; reproducing whole articles, tables or reviews needs our written permission.

11. Keeping betting in proportion

Betting is paid entertainment, never a way to earn a living. Settle on a budget before a session and stop when it is spent. Inside a licensed account you will find deposit caps, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, and PAGCOR runs an exclusion programme for anyone who wants a longer break. Our responsible gambling page lists practical steps and places where support is available.

12. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep every page accurate, yet a number that was right on Monday can be wrong by Friday. As far as Philippine law permits, Rookquay Networks Limited accepts no responsibility for stakes lost, bonuses forfeited, accounts restricted or any other harm that follows from a decision you made using this site. Statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived stay in force regardless of anything written here.

13. Governing law

Philippine law, the law of the country odds.ph is written for, decides how this page is read. If a court decides that one part cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply.

14. Revisions

A revised version of this page takes effect from the day it is published here and replaces the previous text. If you rely on odds.ph regularly, come back to it now and then.
